The Center for Spirit at Work’s kickoff January 13, 2012 was a refreshing perspective on how spirit at work can flourish. When George Satterlee took the podium, he engaged the audience with his genuine, personable style and practical message that many companies miss the mark on: Believe in People.
Mr. Satterlee, Chief Administrative Officer and leader of Organizational Effectiveness at Missouri Bank in Kansas City, MO, walks and talks the value statement at the bank—“Be the Difference”—applying it to employees at work as well as to people in the community. He challenged the business men and women at the CSAW event to encourage and support their employees and their community as well.
